Every Luxury Collection piece is handmade to order, never mass-produced and always crafted with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for production prior to shipping.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest. Exchanges for sizing are available on unused items in original condition.

We use upholstery-grade cotton, twill, and canvas fabrics that are soft, breathable, and built to last. A plush, supportive, hypoallergenic fill provides cozy cushioning that holds its shape, while a non-slip bottom keeps the bed stable.

Spot clean as needed or machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat or air dry. Do not bleach.

Sizing & Fit

Choose your size based on how your pet sleeps.

Small fits cats and toy breeds, Medium suits French Bulldogs and Corgis, Large is ideal for Labradors and Border Collies, and Extra-Large fits Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds.

If your pet loves to stretch, consider sizing up. Always check measurements before ordering.
